Ecological awareness paired with design: the Muuto fiber chair, designed by Iskos – Berlin, is a chair made of innovative shell material, consisting of recyclable plastic and wood fiber.

Iskos – Berlin, a design tandem based in Copenhagen, manufactured a stylish seat shell from this novel compound material which offers maximum comfort needing a minimum of space. While the material of the Fiber Chair Wood base by Muuto is completely new, the silhouette inevitably reminds of a great classic: the Eames Plastic Armchair.

One of the most difficult disciplines is design without eccentricity – creating simple, functional objects which however resemble much identity.

The chair was freed from all unnecessary intermediate elements. Just perfect to make yourself comfortable.
